Thorne Wolfenbarger Statement of Beliefs

My name is Thorne Wolfenbarger. I am an idealist. I believe in many things.

I believe in the pursuit of knowledge and the idea that the accumulation of knowledge is a fundamental good. I believe that information has a will all its own. I believe that information wants to be free. I believe that the free exchange of knowledge and information between humans is a fundamental good. I believe that the siloing of any knowledge is bad.

I believe in the human experiment. I believe that humans are destined to explore the universe and all of existence. I believe in the proliferation of human life as broadly and as largely as possible.

I believe that humans are more than just our bodies. I believe that humanity is all that we have made, all that we have interacted with, all that we have learned, all that there is. I believe that humanity is a pure expression of life. I believe this expression is good.

I believe in the power of sentience. I believe in the conscious experience and I believe that consciousness is all-permeable. I believe that everything that is, thinks, feels, knows. I believe that the development of humanity is the development of life. I believe that life, and its development, is good.

I believe in the power of Capital. I believe that life best proliferates through organization. I believe that Capital is the most powerful organizational tool ever created. I believe that Capital, or any other instrument that helps organize life is good.
